Midlife isn’t the problem — the misinformation is.  At @wellmidlife, we’re rewriting the narrative for women 35 and up who are done feeling dismissed, exhausted, or like their body is suddenly working against them.

Meet the Founder

Hi, I’m Merette — and I created @wellmidlife out of frustration and fire.

​

I spent years navigating hormonal shifts, energy crashes, unexplained weight gain, and wellness advice that didn’t speak to women like me. The solutions were either extreme, outdated, or built around shame. And frankly, I was over it.

​

So I did the research, I built the framework, and I created the resource I wish existed when I needed it most.

​

The Why

 

@wellmidlife was born to fill the massive gap between “just deal with it” and “go on a cleanse.”
We believe midlife deserves more than band-aids or bootcamps. It deserves evidence-based tools, honest conversations, and hormone-smart strategies that work with your body — not against it.
